Jeremy Cappalo

President

Jeremy Cappalo was born and raised in the Greater Sacramento Area. After graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University (San Diego) on a NROTC scholarship with a degree in Engineering-Physics he was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Navy and was selected to attend aviation training in Pensacola, FL.

Jeremy spent the next 10 years on active duty as a MH-60S helicopter pilot. During his tenure in the Navy, he was selected to serve as the lead instructor pilot for training and standardization for the fleet and was subsequently hand-picked to serve as the flag aide to Commander, Naval Air Forces. In his time, Lieutenant Commander Cappalo deployed multiple times in support of counter-terrorism and freedom of navigation operations, and was awarded multiple personal and campaign medals. He voluntarily left active duty in October of 2018 to move to Rocklin and transition into his current role at Reliable Buick GMC Cadillac.

His family has been a proud member of the Placer County community for over 50 years. His grandfather, Walt Westrup, was active in many local organizations since moving the family to Rocklin in the 1960’s, and his family has stayed very engaged since. In addition to his current role at RPSF, he is also active in multiple non-profit organizations across the armed forces community.

Jeremy and his wife Jennifer have four beautiful children and currently reside in old Rocklin.
