Helping those who protect us.
The Rocklin Public Safety Foundation (RPSF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that exists to support and enhance the Police and Fire Departments in the City of Rocklin, California. The purpose of our charter is to provide Rocklin’s Police and Fire Departments with funding for essential items that are not always covered by the city’s budget.

President's Message
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the Rocklin Public Safety Foundation. Rocklin is a special place to live—known for its safety, strong community connections, and residents who consistently come together to support those who protect and serve us. We are fortunate to live in a city where public safety professionals are valued and where community support plays a vital role in maintaining the high quality of life we all enjoy.
Founded in 2011 by a small group of volunteers raising funds for a K9 officer, the Rocklin Public Safety Foundation has grown into a trusted partner for our Police and Fire Departments. Over the years, the Foundation has supported critical non-budgeted needs, including funding K9 officers Pimm and Alik, enhancing police drone capabilities, and improving fire department communication systems. Through our annual Golf Tournament, Patriot Day, and generous community donations, we raise more than $200,000 each year to ensure our first responders have the tools they need to do their jobs safely and effectively.
As public safety budgets face increasing pressure statewide, community support has never been more important. Rocklin’s reputation as a safe and family-friendly city is built on the dedication of our first responders and the residents who stand behind them. Together, we remain committed to caring for those who care for our community. For questions or ideas, please feel free to contact me at marty.flowers@rocklinpublicsafety.org.
Respectfully,
Marty Flowers
