Frank J. Messina

Frank has lived in the Rocklin community with his wife and two daughters since 2012 and has been part of the South Placer County business community for nearly 20 years. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is currently a partner in the firm Moore Messina Webb LLP located in Roseville, California.

Frank is experienced with tax return preparation, tax planning and financial statement preparation. His practice is focused on closely held business, including construction and real estate, professionals and other service business, food service, retail, manufacturing and non-profits, including law enforcement associations. He also works with individuals, estates and trusts.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
