Rocklin Public Safety Foundation Awards Scholarships to Whitney High School Graduates

The Rocklin Public Safety Foundation proudly awarded scholarships to four Whitney High School graduates at the conclusion of the 2025–2026 school year. Principal Scott Collins presented the scholarships to Suhas Naidu, Haiden Hertel, Noah Raquel, and Connor Groff.

Each recipient expressed a desire to pursue a career in public safety. Their interests reflect the wide range of professions supported by the Foundation, including law enforcement, firefighting, emergency medical services, the military, and other protective and medical fields.

Supporting the next generation of first responders is an important part of the Foundation’s mission. Through community partnerships and initiatives such as The Matt Redding Foundation—which honors the legacy of fallen Rocklin Police Officer Matt Redding—the Foundation helps provide educational opportunities for graduating seniors committed to serving others.

These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of local sponsors, donors, and community members who support Foundation fundraisers, including the annual Rocklin Police & Fire Golf Tournament.
